{NOTE: It is extremely important to take note here and stress the fact that the machine guns and sub-machine guns possessed by the Northwest Arkansas Militia are in no way whatsoever illegal.  These Militias have a Constitutional and a God given right to own and train with such military weapons, indeed with all military weapons.  The same exact models and types of weapons are owned and fired at Militia gatherings such as the Knob Creek Machine Gun Shoot every year in America.  There are thousands of these fully automatic weapons in the hands of American Militiamen.  Many of these fully automatic weapons are registered with the ATF and a $200.00 permit fee (illegal tax infringement) paid on the weapons.  Many other such weapons are kept without paying this illegal tax which infringes on the right to keep and bear arms contrary to the 2nd. Amendment of the US Constitution - (study the Silver Bullet document for a better understanding of this fact).  The Northwest Arkansas Militia and its Lt. Commander Wayne Fincher are seeking to restore Constitutional government and our inalienable rights, and if guilty of anything are only "guilty" of  failure to acquire a $200.00 federal permit for weapons that otherwise are perfectly legal even in the eyes of the corrupt Federal government of Washington D.C.   Therefore it is misleading and deceptive to label the weapons as illegal, the only "illegality" in question here is a failure to pay a $200.00 tax on each weapon that the government has no right to impose upon American Militiamen in the first place.  If we truly had a lawful and proper Federal government that cared about our people that government would be assisting the American Militias in acquiring machine guns, sub-machine guns and stockpile of ammunition for them in order to help build up true Homeland Security.  If the current US Federal government were truly an American government and not a Globalists' New World Order government then it would be turning lots of captured AK-47s, Rocket Propelled Grenades, Hand Grenades, Sub-Machine Guns, Machine Guns and other Military Hardware over to the American Patriot Militias in preparation for the coming invasion of America by hostile foreign forces.  We are either on the brink of or are already in the early stages of World War III and under the oppressive rule of a hostile government hell-bent on disarming the American people and especially White Christian American Patriot Militias.  If the current US Federal government was truly interested in Homeland Security it would help rather than hamper the American Patriot Constitutional Militias.  Yet the fact is the Feds do not want you to even have a true assault rifle with selective fire capabilities, much less a machine gun, sub-machine gun or RPGs. 

 

In this Police State in the times we live in and under the tyrannical rule of the current un-Constitutional illegal government of the Federal Union the only safe way to keep and bear such arms as machine guns and sub-machine guns is to pay the US Federal government the extortion money they demand.  If the Feds do not get their tax money and they find out you have such weapons they will invade your home and ransack it, steal your property, rough you and your family up or kill you and possible your whole family, and at the least haul you away to prison or a secret concentration camp.  Therefore American Rebel Militias does not encourage the clandestine possession of Machine Guns and Sub-Machine Guns because of the fact it gives the Feds a false pretext to attack you on.  None the less we admire and respect the valiant attempt on the part of the Northwest Arkansas Militia to restore our inalienable God-given Constitutional Rights, and we hope and pray for the Militiamen and Militiawomen of that Arkansas Constitutional Militia group.  Remember we no longer have a Constitutional government anywhere in the United States of America.  We live in a tyrannical Police State!}

Peaceful Arkansan arrested under pretense of gun laws violations; reasons for his persecution appear to run deeper than guns

"On Wednesday, November 8, 2006, federal agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF ) and the FBI—assisted by Washington County Sheriff’s Office, Fayetteville Police Department, Springdale Police Department, Arkansas State Police, Arkansas State Bomb Squad and the Madison County Sheriff’s Department, raided the home of and arrested 60-year-old Hollis Wayne Fincher, who resides near Fayetteville, Arkansas, in Washington County for allegedly possessing illegal firearms. According to the ATF press release, Fincher was arrested as part of the federal gun violence prevention program, Project Safe Neighborhoods, which locals claim has ignored the growing gangs in the area," reported Loretta Weston of the American Family Voice, an independent newspaper from Russellville, Arkansas.

 

BATF agent Wade Vittitow claims Fincher’s arrest was the result of an 8-month investigation brought about by an article about Fincher and the Arkansas Constitutional Militia published in The Morning News of Northwest Arkansas March 18, 2006. Circumstances indicate that the feds, armed with the Patriot Act and the new Military Commissions Act that legally (not lawfully) empowers them to identify, detain and punish those arbitrarily deemed "illegal enemy combatants" or "terrorists," are in league with local interests who find Fincher "inconvenient." {NOTE:  It is important to ask some questions, point out some valid concerns, and contemplate the awful fact that at least fourteen homes and families have been invaded, ransacked and pillaged by so-called law enforcement agencies in regards to this one incident in Northwest Arkansas.  Even if none of these people other than Lt. Commander Fincher was arrested or detained they none the less suffered violent assault and unlawful invasion of their homes, theft of property, threats of future assault, and are the victims of Federal Police State atrocities.  Federal, State, County, and City "law" dogs all conspired and cooperated in this travesty of justice and have the gall to brag about it publicly and act as if they were doing something worthwhile and good.  If these "law" dogs indeed believe in what they are doing, they are indeed evil and delusional rabid dogs, such men and women are capable of and inclined to do much mischief and will eagerly engage in pressing forward the evil agendas of the US Federal government Police State tyranny.  Good men and women must ask the question?  How many militiamen and militiawomen have been declared "illegal enemy combatants" or "terrorists" and thereby "detained" and punished in Arkansas, and across the United States of America since the passage of the Patriot Act and the Military Commission Act?  The articles and official statements we have studied thus far state that Lt. Commander Wayne Fincher was the only one arrested, not that he was the only one detained.  How many militiamen and militiawomen are being "detained and punished" by the "law" dogs of the New World Order US of ZOG?  How many incidents such as this have happened in Arkansas and gone unreported?  How many across North America?  How many in the near future?  How many American Patriot Militiamen and Militiawomen are suffering and possible even being tortured by Police State goons and "good citizens" in clandestine prisons and internment camps across the whole United States of America?  Do you honestly believe that the Federal government Police State would grab and proclaim such power and authority as the so-called "Patriot Act" and the 'Military Commissions Act' and then not put those illegitimate "laws" and diabolical tools of tyranny to work actively suppressing and punishing those disloyal to the U.S. New World Order Empire agenda?  Warrants and other documents are sealed, information is being openly withheld from the public.  How much more is being done in the way of internal security police 'black ops' we do not know at this time, what lies ahead we understand and must prepare to withstand.  Will the American Patriot Militias allow the US Federal Police State to round them up, cage and torture, maim or kill them and their families one and two at a time?  Is this not indeed already happening?  Indeed it has been happening for several decades now!  The Police State presses forward and escalates its oppression of Patriots and true Christians.  Massive round-ups and large scale concentration camps loom on the horizon, the "law" dogs are howling and eager to implement a total Police State takeover of the USA.  How long before Americans say, "Enough is Enough!"?}
