We, as Arkansawyers, seek to right the wrongs against our great State of Arkansaw, our beloved White Aryan Race, and our Lord Jesus Christ. In recognition of our honor bound duty to secure a Free State for ourselves and our White Christian posterity we make this solemn declaration of Independence. As Guardians of Arkansaw's Great White Christian Civilization, we have taken a noble step forward to stand shoulder to shoulder in a common bond as White Christian Patriots, Christian Identity Militiamen, Kinsmen and Klansmen. We shall use every honorable and upright means possible! We shall not shirk our duty as true Christian men and women, destined to live in these perilous times.

The White Aryan Race is the Chosen Race of YAHVAH. We, the Anglo-Saxon, Keltic, Scandinavian, Germanic, and Kindred peoples of Western Christendom are the literal blood descendants of the ancient Israelites of the Holy Bible. The Biblical principle of White Supremacy rests secure, anchored upon this proven fact. White Separatism and WHITE NATIONALISM are our declared goals, and we trust in Almighty God to grant us victory in this ongoing struggle for the survival of the White Aryan Israelite Race, the true Christian Faith, and Western Christendom.

We shall outsmart our enemies, and if threatened with violence, we shall outmaneuver them and smash them. We are not terrorists and are not promoting violence. We are not the aggressors, but any people that cannot or will not fight for their survival does not deserve to survive. We adhere to the Biblical Doctrines of WAR, and we will not allow our families, kith, and kin to be murdered and raped with no effort at self-defense. Our code of honor and chivalry demands that we be prepared to defend ourselves, our loved ones, our kinsmen, our fellow Klansmen, and our State. This is God's Law! We live by God's Law and encourage others to do so. This does NOT mean that we trust in the LAW for salvation. We look to the sacrificed blood of Jesus Christ for our salvation through faith and grace in Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour. Nonetheless, we recognize and uphold God's LAW as being superior to and overruling any man made so-called "laws" that contradict God's Supreme LAW as written in the HOLY BIBLE. Any and all governments, institutions, or individuals that do not recognize this fact are in open rebellion to Almighty God, and they are not worthy of association with the Arkansaw Realm of the KU KLUX KLANS, the various Christian Identity and Southron Militia organizations and units of Arkansaw, or their Kinsmen.

The history of the Klan has a proven record of fighting and winning; the Southland, as we know it today, would have been mongrelized forever had not the brave men and women of 1865 formed the Invisible Empire of the Ku Klux Klan.

We have joined in the KKK to bond in brotherhood as an army of Arkansawyers fighting in defiance of Federal tyranny to bring about a restoration of the sovereign State of Arkansaw! In addition, we work to bring reformation to the Christian Church, breaking free from the snares of the pseudo-christian religion commonly known as Judeo-Christianity. We promote and uphold the doctrines of Christian Identity. To join our ranks it is not required to be an adherent of CHRISTIAN IDENTITY, but it is required that you
sincerely believe in and uphold the tenets of the Christian Faith, and not be an adherent to Judeo-Christianity. We uphold the Faith of our fathers, true biblical Christianity, and we will tolerate no compromise with paganism, atheism, new-age religions or pseudo-Christianity.

Our goal is the true reformation and full restoration of the true Christian Faith, that all things and all men and women be brought into subjection to Christ Jesus as Lord of Lords and King of Kings. For the Crown Rights of Jesus Christ we struggle and labor in defiance of all that is ungodly, immoral, irreverent, false, and wicked. As Christian Knights our Quest is to establish the Kingdom of God on this earth, in accordance with the written scriptures of the Holy Bible. This should and will be the ultimate goal of all of Western Christendom.

We, the men and women of the 33rd. Arkansas Volunteer Militia - CS Cavalry hereby declare our intention to uphold, defend and establish that which is declared in the 1983 KU KLUX KLAN DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE, the original uS Declaration of Independence, the original uS Constitution, and that improved great American document, the Constitution of the Confederate States of America. So help us YAHVAH!

We officially declare that we are in full and whole hearted agreement with the 1983 KKK Declaration of Independence, standing thus in defense of Liberty & Freedom, we will Hold Fast in defiance of tyranny!

When the US Federal Police State collapses and the ZOG Nation breaks apart into separate ethnically based New Nations, as it is most certainly going to do, the American Rebel Militias will reinstitute a Christian American Republican form of godly government in at least a large geographical region of Arkansaw, if not the entire State. This we earnestly endeavor to accomplish in the sacred and holy Name of YAHVAH, with His divine guidance and providence we shall prevail.

Conquer we must, for our Cause is just!

KU KLUX KLAN DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE
 

When in the course of human events it becomes obvious to a people governed that their government is not ruling in their interest or behalf and is, in fact, carrying on in a manner opposed to and inimical to the expressed will of the people; when, in addition, a long train of abuse, injury, mistreatment, damage, and harm has been endured with patience and hope of relief through normal means and procedures to no avail; when to all intents and purposes whether by act, deed, legislation, or fiat a government seems bent on the destruction of the people, culture, heritage, folkways, and Christian faith of those who brought it into being, then it becomes the right and the sacred duty of the governed to dissolve their creation and form a new instrument to safeguard their rights, liberties, property, and culture.

Therefore, we as descendants of the Founding Fathers and in accordance with their will and intent do hereby declare our independence of and separation from the despotism, tyranny, dictatorship, and oppression commonly referred to as the Federal Government. We hereby state our intent to return to the law of our fathers and of our God, Jesus the Christ. We declare that we owe no allegiance of any kind in fee or simple to the anti-God, alien-dominated, unconstitutional, illegal, Washington regime of usurpers, criminals, heathens, infidels, malefactors, sodomites, culprits, and evildoers. We hereby state our intent and purpose to establish a new means of self-government as deemed necessary by ourselves in accordance with God's Laws, the Declaration of Independence of our forefathers, the Constitution of the United States, English Common Law, and the rights of free men as granted in the Magna Carta and traditions of the Anglo-Saxon Race.

In all this, requesting and seeking the aid and help of our God Jesus the Christ in this the year of our Lord, Nineteen Hundred Eighty-three, the month of December, the third day. In the name of God. Amen.
