Ed Brown's power and phone line has been cut - the Brown's are still under siege!

New Hampshire police erected a mile around seclusion zone, set up armed roadblocks, closed airspace, cut the Brown's power and phone lines before descending with a heavily armed SWAT team and APC vehicles, yet we are expected to believe that they had no intention of carrying out a siege - to believe such nonsense displays a dangerous naivety that may come back to haunt us.

"Also in the convoy were an armored Massachusetts SWAT vehicle, explosive disposal unit, communications truck and a New Hampshire state police cruiser driven by someone with camouflage face paint. Two planes flew overhead," reports the Associated Press.

Neighbors a mile around were also evacuated from their homes. All this to serve a warrant? We are foolishly deluded to believe that the Browns were not deliberately targeted for a raid that was aborted or in the very least a psy-op or a test to see what the reaction would be, as Brown himself stated earlier today.

Despite the fact that many are breathing a sigh of relief that we didn't witness another Waco today, we need to remain constantly vigilant that the guns, the tanks and the SWAT teams will return to finish off what they were obviously preparing for today.

Ed Brown himself agreed that this "was their intention" during an interview on the RBN network today.

This is an attempt to wear down the Browns and also an effort to create a "cry wolf" scenario where the reaction is diluted next time because a final confrontation did not occur this time around. The intimidation and the preparation for a raid will not cease.

PLAINFIELD – "What are they trying to do, start a war?" Ed Brown said of the police presence near his Plainfield home yesterday. "What do they think we have in here, tanks?"

Brown, who maintains there is no law that requires average American citizens to pay a direct tax on their wages, spoke to a group of reporters from a second-floor window in his house after a veritable army of heavily armed police officers and federal agents left the area around his rural home without ever making contact with him.

The government detained and questioned a man who discovered surveillance teams positioned around the house yesterday morning.

As Brown spoke, half a dozen helicopters made wide circles overhead.

"How does a foreign national army act in a country they are occupying?" Brown said. "These people are no different than our troops in Iraq. I feel bad for our troops over there."

Brown, who asserts that the federal government has no jurisdiction in New Hampshire and no authority to charge him under a non-existent law, said the activity surrounding his properties in Plainfield and West Lebanon yesterday was a "Zionist, Illuminati, .......

The Associated Press reports police SWAT teams and at least one armored vehicle have gathered near the home, according to the Browns' neighbors. The police presence includes at least 50 state troopers, some armed with high powered rifles, according to the New Hampshire Union Leader.

Infowars reporters Luke Rudkowski and Matt Lepacek have bravely entered the property of income tax protesters Ed and Elaine Brown in Plainfield New Hampshire as it continues to be surveilled by armed and camouflaged US marshals operating in the area with APC's to shoot video and document the scene in the wake of a typically cowardly mainstream media blackout.

Rudkowski briefly joined Alex Jones on air today along with the Browns themselves and expert correspondent Jack McLamb to recount the dramatic events of yesterday.

Officers have told the AP that the show of force was ........

Ed Brown described the scene that morning:

"All of a sudden I heard 2 shots, the dog came tearing down the drive and went into the house, right by me. Riley walked into a total of 12 black ops team members. He exposed their clandestine op, told him to freeze, and he turned and ran.

That meant their intention was to kill us, if they were going to kill an unarmed man at the end of my driveway. This means they have lied to us, they have no honor."

Lawman and Constitutional expert Jack McLamb, who was present with the Weaver family during the siege at Ruby Ridge in 1992 was clear about who he believes is behind these events:

"This is coming from the top of our government with the use of high powered drones and the like. We've got to try and think about what they are trying to do with this, are they trying to provoke us into armed Revolution?"

McLamb also had strong words for the local Sheriff who has reportedly skipped town:

"I wanna say to Sheriff Prozzo you are a coward because we sent you proof showing that you are the sovereign power to protect the people in that county, you're not out of town, stand up and take command of the situation and protect this family that has done nothing criminal. Get out of your hiding place."

Ed Brown also revealed that the US Marshals involved are working with Massachusetts and Maine state police, in violation of 10th amendment.

Brown asserted he will not surrender his liberty and had choice words for his elite stalkers:

"For all intents and purposes there is no law and order anymore in this country. We don't have warrior class people, you are a bunch a cowards using omnipotent tactics like the KGB did, we are through talking with these people nationwide, not just me and wife. It's too late already, if anything happens to us we will be reciprocal, we will protect the sake of our community and our nation. we are obligated under the Constitution to protect this nation.

If they wish to take out lives and send us to the creator it will do far far more damage to them, that's why all the safeties are off all around the property and they can come in whenever they like."

Ed's wife Elaine echoed his sentiments and sent a clear message to American patriots everywhere:

"Don't believe anything they tell you because they lie. For months Gary Martino the US marshal has continued to assure us that they have no intention to come in here and raid us. The entire judicial system is a department of injustice, there are no courts left, the only time they observe the law is when it is to their advantage. We are with the Lord and the Lord's laws, we have turned our back on the courts and man's laws because they only worked to man's advantage.

Americans need to stand up, all that is needed for evil to abound is for good people to do nothing. Get up, stand up, say no, do not allow yourself to be intimidated, learn the law, learn your rights. Our children have been sold to slavery. Boycott, boycott boycott."

The Browns have told Infowars that they are very much at peace, and do not fear what lies ahead. Elaine Brown delivered a final stark and moving message to all their supporters:

"I want everyone to remember us, and we'll see you on the other side"

My attention was caught by two cases in which our neighbors have been imprisoned without having done anyone harm.

First, Ed and Elaine Brown of Plainfield, who, as your reporter Margaret Sanger-Katz reminded us, are barricaded in their home for fear of invasion and arrest by U.S. marshals for having declined to fill out IRS 1040 forms. The other is Russell Kanning, in Cheshire County Jail for having refused to fill out some other government form.

I don't know whether there is a law requiring Kanning to fill out his or the Browns to fill out theirs. Although Ed Brown has repeatedly asked to see it in his case, I've not heard that any government spokesman has identified that law. But let me suppose arguendo that there are such laws and that the three prisoners broke them.

What kind of a society imprisons people for refusing to complete a government form?

Ah, says the condescending government-school civics teacher, government decrees these things so it can serve all the people and gets its authority to do so from us the people.

Let's imagine the scene. Lady approaches policeman, breathless: "Officer, quick! Arrest that man, he's dangerous! He just didn't fill out my form!"

Clearly, the breathless lady is mad. She has no power to compel anyone to fill out her form. But she is one of those who, according to our civics teacher, delegated that power to government; so if she doesn't have the power, she cannot delegate it and government doesn't have it.

So what sort of a society is this? A crazy one, I'd say - as irrational as the breathless lady, but much more dangerous.

In 1993 the national average (including those in local jails) had risen to 531 prison inmates per 100,000 Americans, and in 1997 it had climbed to 645. Do these statistics testify to the fact that America has too many laws, too many criminals or too many prisons? The answer is: All three!
