In addition to snipers, sniper teams, and sniper wolf packs, PRECISION RIFLEMEN will be incorporated into the operations of guerrilla units. When properly deployed, and wisely utilized, PRECISION RIFLEMEN can ADD DEPTH to an otherwise weak militia guerrilla unit. These expert SHARPSHOOTERS should be employed in groups to raid against enemy installations where expensive sensitive equipment is stored, such as parked airplanes, helicopters, radar sites, power stations, etc.). Many types of equipment can be destroyed by a well aimed .30 caliber rifle bullet; not to mention the damage one may inflict upon enemy soldiers while your at it.

SHARPSHOOTERS [Precision Riflemen] are capable of engaging the enemy at ranges that are much greater than the truly effective range of the professional infantrymen's weapons. Most of today's modern ZOG and NWO soldiers really do NOT begin to shoot well until they close to within 200 yards; many of them are not really any good until within 100 yards. This is because of two factors mainly: first of all the 5.56 mm NATO and the 5.45 COMBLOC weapons they carry are made to be employed at close ranges, usually within 200 yards or closer; secondly, many of these negroid, Latino, and mongrel soldier boys are just piss poor shots, especially when someone shoots back at them. However keep in mind that a good professional soldier will make a good many hits with his assault rifle at 300 yards on the target range, and can do it on the battlefield too. On the skirmish line in a fire fight with the actual distance unknown and only estimated, firing at fleeting, ducking targets that are shooting back, the average ZOG trooper will make relatively few hits at or beyond a distance of 300 yards. I caution you to avoid being one of those few, if at all possible. The best way to consistently do this, is keep the enemy zoglings or Mexican beaner militiamen beyond 300 yards, if at all possible engage them at 400 yards away. A true White Aryan SHARPSHOOTER can consistently put the bullet in the bull at 400 yards with the right kind of rifle, and some time at the firing range. Kill them at 400 yards or better - shoot and scoot - live to fight another day - keep on doing it - help win the victory!

SHARPSHOOTERS using PRECISION RIFLE FIRE is a tactic that will inflict casualties on our enemies and keep our militiamen alive; this must be used with other forms of attack and defense, it does not stand alone, yet it will serve the American Militiaman well. We are a Nation of hunters, we are a Nation of Riflemen, the SHARPSHOOTING AMERICAN RIFLEMAN using PRECISION RIFLE FIRE against any aggressor will readily be able to defend our Nation against invasion or hostile tyrannical take over by ZOG minions. This is particularly true in the initial early stages of an American Militia uprising or resistance when explosives, machine guns, mortars and field artillery will be in short supply. Americans have rifles, exceptionally good rifles, deer rifles, target rifles and military rifles of sniper quality; these are common and plentiful in America. ALMOST ANY GOOD BOLT ACTION "DEER RIFLE" IN ANY ONE OF AN ASSORTMENT OF CALIBERS CAN BE USED WITH DEADLY SURE EFFECT BY A SHARPSHOOTER AT DISTANCES UP TO 400 YARDS if the following things are seen to and taken care of.

THE MILITIA SHARPSHOOTER MUST:

1. Practice with his rifle regularly at ranges from 25 yards up to 400 yards, mostly in the 100 yards to 400 yards range, with special emphasis and diligence to shooting skill at 300 yards to 400 yards range. THIS 300 YARDS TO 400 YARDS SKILL is THE PRECISION RIFLEMAN ADVANTAGE - PRACTICE THE SKILL TO KILL at 400 YARDS!

2. The RIFLE must have a decent trigger pull, proper bedding for the action and barrel. The rifle SCOPE must be properly mounted with screws tight [ best to use "lock-tight"] to avoid jarring loose in combat: and the RIFLE MUST BE PROPERLY ZEROED.

3. UNDERSTAND and USE PROPER MARKSMANSHIP TECHNIQUES.

4. IN COMBAT AGGRESSIVELY ENGAGE THE ENEMY while keeping in mind that while fighting enemy infantry PRECISION RIFLE FIRE WILL BE MOST EFFECTIVELY EMPLOYED WHEN IT IS DIRECTED AGAINST CREW SERVED WEAPONS [machine guns and mortars], FORWARD OBSERVERS, RADIO OPERATORS, and OFFICERS. THESE ARE THE SYSTEMS THAT GIVE AN INFANTRY UNIT ITS REACH, which can nullify your 400 yard stand off advantage.

5. SHOOT and SCOOT!

Right up front let us establish the fact that a sniper is a precision rifleman, but not all precision riflemen are snipers; by the same reasoning not all riflemen are precision riflemen. It takes special skills and training, as well as a certain psychological mindset to function as a bona-fide sniper or sniper team. Any sniper will be able, if needed, to function as a precision rifleman or part of a precision rifleman wolf pack. However the fact remains that for every honest to goodness sniper that a large militia unit has, it will in all probability have 100 precision riflemen and about 1000 riflemen. With combat experience and training men will move upwards in skill and combat effectiveness; a precision rifleman may become a bona-fide sniper, and a rifleman improve his marksmanship to the level of a precision rifleman. All of course should be trained and skillfull with assault type rifles and pistols for combat effectiveness at closer ranges.

DEPLOYMENT OF SHARPSHOOTERS

THE MILITIA GUERRILLA FORCE CAN GAIN AN ADVANTAGE BY:

1. CHOOSING the TIME and PLACE to engage the enemy.

2. ENGAGE THE ENEMY OUTSIDE THE RANGE at which the enemy's infantry small arms are most effective. INFLICT DAMAGE FROM A DISTANCE - THEN DISTANCE YOURSELF ALL THE MORE - SHOOT and SCOOT. Clear out of the area before the enemy calls in mortar fire, artillery fire, or air power down on your head. Live to fight again, and again - thereby win!

3. UTILIZE PROPER MARKSMANSHIP TECHNIQUES AT THE SHARPSHOOTER LEVEL and HAMMER THE ENEMY FROM 400 YARDS WHENEVER POSSIBLE.

4. UTILIZE SURPRISE!

5. UTILIZE THE BEST AVAILABLE COVER AND CONCEALMENT and all other BASIC SOLDIER SKILLS.

6. ONCE AGAIN & REMEMBER IT - SHOOT AND SCOOT!

LIMIT ENGAGEMENT TIME WITH ENEMY TO ONE OR TWO WELL-PLACED SHOTS PER SHARPSHOOTER IN YOUR MILITIA UNIT. In this way, a guerrilla unit with limited resources can HINDER THE OPERATIONS OF LARGER, MORE HEAVILY EQUIPPED and BETTER TRAINED MILITARY UNITS.
