Modern US Army General Stars may be Substituted for Colonel, Lieutenant Colonel, and Major.

(This should cause some confusion)

A Company and/or Troop of 3 Platoons = 90 ARM Militiamen will be commanded by a Lieutenant Colonel who will either be elected by the Company or appointed by Commission from ARM Headquarters.

AN Appointed by Commission or Elected Major will be in Command of each ARM (Platoon) of 30 Militiamen made up of 3 Squads of 10 Militiamen each.

ARM Squads of 10 Militiamen will elect a Captain.  Each Squad will consist of 2 Fire Teams, and will also Elect a Sergeant and a Corporal.
