A rebuttal to The South Was Right by the Kennedy brothers, Donald and Ronald

"Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor."

Although it certainly wasn't the intention of the authors, very few books have done more damage to the Southern Cause than The South Was Right. The book paints a completely false and distorted view of the Old South and the historic Southern perspective.

• It has resulted in many people coming into the Southern movement who share the revolutionary morality of the Yankee Abolitionists and the Kennedy brothers on the issues upon which the North attacked the South.
• It has harmed the character of many people who have been led astray by the plausible lie told within its pages.
• It has made the Southern movement a laughing stock by presenting such an easily refutatble distortion to the public as a plausible case for the South.
