Camping is Army Sport
Army Sport is Militia Sport
American Revolutionary War & Civil War era "Wedge" or "A-Frame" Military Tents are readily available from "Sutlers". They are really great and well made tents, one drawback is that they are made of white canvas which looks sharp and is cooler in the summer, but sticks out like a sore thumb in the woods. This "A-frame" tent has been dyed grey, the dying process however damaged the water proofing and new waterproofing had to be added. The "Sutlers" are businessmen who supply war reenactors with military gear. War Games are part of War Reenacting and are good Army Sport. This sport provides some paramilitary groups with excellent "cover and concealment", consider taking up the "hobby" it is also a good place to recruit if your careful, yet be forewarned most of these hobbyists are thoroughly brain-washed anti-racists, anti-Klan, and anti-Neo-Nazi. Even the ones that portray World War II Nazi units, are anti-Nazi! Well at least on the surface anyway, and unfortunately many of them are anti-racists to the core, remember this and be discreet with your recruitment tactics. Wedge tents also make a good roof for a small log cabin, and that is how the civil war soldiers used them when they stayed one place long enough to build a soldier's shanty. The Wedge Tent above was used for several years active duty in War Between The States - CS Cavalry Reenacting, and then was permanently pitched in the location above near the site of one of my wilderness log cabins in the Ozark Mountains of Arkinsaw. The tent stood there year around in all weather for well over three years before it was too worn out to provide shelter from the elements. Well made canvas military tents are hard to beat. The modern military tents are the best choice, but if you get involved in reenacting some old war do not forget that much of the gear and equipment is still functional for any new ones that pop up, not all of it mind you, but just don't overlook the obvious functional items just because they are "outdated". In addition remember that if Paramilitary Training is supposedly "illegal" in your State or Nation do not drop or shirk the duty to train and prepare, either do it underground or at the very least take up the "hobby" of Reenacting some war. World War Two, Revolutionary War, and Civil War Reenacting are not illegal anywhere in America that I know of, at least not yet; so why not take your Klavern, your shooting club, your house church, or your underground cell group and join some reenactors group, learn the ropes and eventually form your own group. Good harmless fun!
Modern "Dome Tents" with the "skeeter" netting are great for warm and hot weather camping, but are a poor choice for cold winter camping. Tents are important Militia gear and knowing how to live in and out of a tent is an important Survivalists and Militiaman's paramilitary skill. Army surplus tents are great! We especially like the Austrian and German four man bivouac tents which are camouflage canvas in four parts, and each section doubles as a poncho when not in use as a tent. Add a small propane tent heater in the winter and these tents are really cozy. Note the cabin logs peeled and drying in the foreground. No tent ever made can match the comfort of a log cabin for wilderness living. In an active theater of war knowing how to build quick easy small log cabins (Partisan Ranger Shacks) in remote areas will be extremely important. When there is no time for that the tent is home away from home. Large tents with wood burning stoves are extremely good for winter camping if you can afford them and have the manpower and time to pitch them. Pitching them is a real chore and requires some teamwork and just plain ole work. Smaller tents are much more mobile, quicker and much easier to pitch camp with, it is best to have some of both if at all possible. If you cannot afford the bigger military tents right now do not despair the Red Chinese Military, Mexican Military, various South American Militaries, along with the Russian Communist Military and various Communist 'Colored' Militias allied with these soon to come invaders should be a ready source of re-supply once they set up camps all over North America. You can simply ask for a tent or take what you need depending upon your predisposition and training or lack thereof. As for me I sure hope the repugnant critters make good tents. If you are not getting ready for World War Three and the invasion of the USA by hordes of foreign troops then you will probably be too traumatized to pitch any kind of tent.
Army surplus tents are vital Militia equipment, the tent on the left under the blue tarp to the right of the pick-up truck is an Austrian Army 4 man bivouac tent which doubles as ponchos for 4 men when not being used as a tent. The olive drab green tent on the right next to the Rebel Battle Flag is a US Army pup tent made with 2 shelter halves and a US Army poncho added on top as a rain-fly for added protection from the weather. Army surplus tents are top-notch! In a combat situation the blue tarps would of course need to be replaced with camouflage, od green, or grey tarps for concealment. A camp such as this one is comfortable even in winter time, it got down to about 10 or 12 degrees above freezing during this militia gathering and deer hunt. Such a camp can be broken down, loaded up and moved rather quickly and does not take overly long to reestablish in a new location. Mobility is important in warfare. Nonetheless larger tents are really good, and often much better when you have the time to set them up and will be in one place long enough to make the time and effort of pitching them worthwhile.

Two militia troopers pitched their tent at the entrance to the "shebang" facing the camp fire inside the parachute and tarp shelter. The old parachute tent is worn out and long gone now, but the same stone camp fire circle is still being used to cook up some fine campfire meals and the ever present pot of hot coffee. Take note of how little flame you see during the cooking, camp fire cooking is done mainly over hot coals, and not a blazing hot big fire, if you try to cook over a big blazing fire you might stay warm but you will burn your food. In cold weather camping it is best to have a fire pit or fireplace big enough to keep a blazing fire going in part of it and rake your red hot coals out of that over to one side for cooking, simply add more coals as needed. In the summer time you can let the fire get really low so it is more comfortable to be hovering near it, but first you must have a good blazing fire for a while in order to produce plenty of red hot coals to cook with. However you do not have to stand by the hot fire in the summer heat while it is making coals. Remember to wait for the fire to die down to a glowing bed of red hot coals and cook on that, do not try to cook on dancing flames unless you like your food burnt on the outside and raw in the middle.

M1 Carbines with 30 round magazines are easy to carry with you during daily chores. Pick-up trucks are good Militia Fighting Vehicles. Note the neatness of shelter on the right in the photo above compared to the Parachute shelter in the photo below.

Top Camp - Closest Camp to the Road
A Large "Tent" made with a Parachute, a tarp, tin roofing, and scrap lumber. It had a large rock fire pit inside, with tin roofing around the smoke hole. It was primitive and put up in a big hurry to get a large group of people out of the wind, rain and chill temporarily while we set up more and better tents, and eventually built cabins. The ramshackle 'shebang' is only a memory now and our land looks better without it, yet still there are many good memories as I look at this photo, and think of that old camp fire. A lot of Militiamen have sat around that camp fire, drinking coffee and Standing Ready. The large high ring of rocks is still there, and our tent campers still use that camp fire. Now if you do not love the outdoors and primitive camping you don't have a clue about what I mean, if you do then you are bound to understand. The simple pleasure of a camp fire is something you either cherish or see merely as a last resort, not much room in between. My advice is that if you are not a woodsman, then work at becoming one, because field craft is going to become a very valuable set of skills in America. If you do not know how to build a camp fire and cook on that fire you really should learn how ASAP.
In winter camping a sheet of tin roofing makes a good wind shield and reflector for the camp fire.

On the left is the ugly ole top camp 'shebang' parachute shelter with scrap lumber piled against it, this helped keep out the wind and cold. The old lumber and plywood was later used in building a 'Confederate Partisan Ranger Shack'. The Mobile Home on the right was '3C HQ' for a long time at 'Fort Liberty & Independence' somewhere in the "wilderness" of New Scotland, Arkansas. Most of the Ozark Mountains does not really fit the definition of a true Wilderness Area, but there a many areas like this one that are extremely rugged and remote. The nearest neighbors and the nearest electricity are miles away and the road ends at 'Top Camp'. Therefore we refer to it as a semi-wilderness, and it is an outdoorsman's 'sporting' paradise. If you are into the Survivalist Movement, Militia Preparedness and 'Army Sports' then check out the Ozarks! A Militia Stronghold!

Hauling in Food, Medical Supplies and Military Gear is a non-stop never ending chore at any serious minded Militia Camp. Stockpile and then Stockpile some more. Be sure to stockpile a lot of supplies out in the middle of nowhere scatter around over a relatively large area, do not keep all of your gear on your land or at your main base camp.
The old "tacky" primitive "shebang shelter" is gone now but there is still a lot of tent camping at 'Top Camp' - 'Fort Liberty & Independence' in the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas, an American Rebel Militia Stronghold.

These rugged and remote semi-wilderness camps are a home away from home to a lot of us in the American Rebel Militia Movement and White Christian Patriot Movement. A few weeks or months living in the woods is good training for a soldier, toughens and conditions a man or woman. Usually a person is stronger and better off for the experience, but it can be dangerous and also quite harsh at times. We all greatly appreciate the modern conveniences that most people take for granted. Just like this computer I'm hammering these words into. Remember modern conveniences and other luxury items are good, but they can be lived without. When the US economy collapses a lot of men and women are going to have to rethink their whole life and do a serious change of course or else be destroyed by the forces of ZOG, or invading foreign foes. Most of us that have been involved in the Survivalists Movement for a long period of time now own some land in the back country, but for those of you who do not that is no excuse to stay cooped up in the city all the time, America has lots of National Forest and National Parks land just waiting for you to make your presence known. There are lots of good outdoor sports that serve as more than adequate cover for Militia training if you are worried about drawing the attention of ZOG "law dogs" and that aspect of getting involved in the Militia Movement. In addition the outdoor sports are good healthy exercise and very fulfilling activity with which to occupy yourself. Always Remember - if you are a free born White Christian American, think like it, act like it and live like it. Liberty or Death!

Deer Hunting Arkansawyers use All Terrain Vehicles a lot and so do Arkansas Militiamen.
In the Hills of Arkansas we combine Deer Hunting & Militia Training.
Also Remember that ATVs are almost as good as Horses! I reckon neither are a substitute for a good Armored Fighting Vehicle, but you work with what you got till you get what you need. In some cases these little machines cannot be beat, they are real work horses with many Militia uses. Real Live Horses & Pick-up Trucks with Horse Trailers are tops. A Pick-up Truck by itself is not bad.
Oh Yeah did I Remind You That
You Need Lots of Barded Wire?
All American Rebel Militiamen should have a good working knowledge of the back country, the suburbs, and the urban areas around where they live. Much of the coming struggle will play out in cities and towns across America, therefore you should study and train for urban combat. Nonetheless do not ignore the crucial importance of the Hills and Mountains of New Israel, aka North America. Much will depend upon our preparedness, we must have Faith in YAHWEH and put our trust in Him, nonetheless one of our mottos should be "Never Unprepared". We are truly soldiers of YHVH, therefore we must be diligent and vigorous in our preparations for the coming days of conflict and turmoil. It is a fight for the very survival of our White Aryan Race and our Christian Faith, the outcome will decide whether America will continue to exist as a true homeland for White Christians or be swallowed up in the mud flow of Communist Colored hordes of invading, raping, looting, pillaging, murdering foreigners hell bent upon our humiliation, defeat, and destruction. The actual facts of the matter are that the US Federal Government is an incompetent criminal regime and will not protect us or our Homeland, but rather is actively assisting in the invasion and colonization of the United States of America by illegal aliens. The task, the mission, the duty, the responsibility and the honor of restoring America to what it once was and rightfully should remain will fall squarely upon the shoulders of the White Aryan Christian men and women of the USA. There is no doubt we will suffer great loss, but ultimate victory will be with US if only we put our trust and Faith in Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour. Remember fellow Militiamen, "No Compromise - No Surrender".
This We Intend To Defend!
If you are not sure where to go and what to do when ZOG comes tumbling down, we encourage you to join us in the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas. Better yet go ahead and make the initial move ahead of time, relocate to the Ozarks or some other Natural Fortress area of White Remnant America. If you have other plans and preparations that is fine, press forward with those plans with renewed vigor. For all those so inclined and lead of the Lord - remember the Buffalo River Country of the Ozarks Mountains of North Arkansas!
RALLY POINT!
We will serve no king but King Jesus!
6: And when they found them not, they drew Jason and certain brethren unto the rulers of the city, crying, These that have turned the world upside down are come hither also;
