8) There were women
(obedient to Yahweh) who contributed to the health and comfort of
His people. Abigail was previously mentioned as doing this; here
are 2 others.--
This woman provided hospitality to the prophet Elisha.--
8-10: "And it fell on a day, that Elisha passed to Shunem,
where was a great woman; and she constrained him to eat bread. And
so it was, that as oft as he passed by, he turned in thither to eat
bread. And she said unto her husband, 'Behold now, I perceive that
this is an holy man of God, which passeth by us continually. Let us
make a little chamber, I pray thee, on the wall; and let us set for
him there a bed, and a table, and a stool, and a candlestick: and it
shall be, when he cometh to us, that he shall turn in thither.'" (II
Kings 4:8-10, HOLY BIBLE, KJV)
These women had contributed to Christ's comfort while He was
preaching and teaching. They had helped Him until they no longer
could, except through prayer to the Almighty YHVH, Father God.--
55-56: "And many women were there beholding [Jesus hanging on
the cross] afar off, which followed Jesus from Galilee, ministering
(to be an attendant to, serving, waiting upon) unto Him: among which
was Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James and Joses, and the
mother of Zebedee's children." (St. Matthew 27:55-56, HOLY BIBLE,
KJV)
This Christian woman provided a home for Paul and Silas while they
were preaching in the city of Phillipi.--
15: "And when she [Lydia] and her household had been baptized,
she urged us [Paul and Silas], saying, 'If you have judged me to be
faithful to the Lord, come into my house and stay.' And she
prevailed upon us." (Acts 16:15, HOLY BIBLE, NASB)

9) This woman helped the
poor.--
20: "She [an excellent wife] stretcheth out her hand to the
poor; yea, she reacheth forth her hands to the needy." (Proverbs
31:20, HOLY BIBLE, KJV)

10) This woman anointed
Yahshua the Christ; she is still remembered to this day by Bible
readers because of her action.--
3-9: "And being in Bethany in the house of Simon the leper, as
He [Yahshua] sat at meat, there came a woman having an alabaster box
of ointment of spikenard very precious; and she brake the box, and
poured it on His head. And there were some that had indignation
within themselves, and said, 'Why was this waste of the ointment
made? For it might have been sold for more than three hundred
pence, and have been given to the poor.' And they murmured against
her. And Jesus said, 'Let her alone; why trouble ye her? she hath
wrought a good work on Me. For ye have the poor with you always,
and whensoever ye will ye may do them good: but Me ye have not
always. She hath done what she could: she is come aforehand to
anoint My body to the burying. Verily I say unto you, Wheresoever
this gospel shall be preached throughout the whole world, this also
that she hath done shall be spoken of for a memorial of her.'" (St.
Mark 14:3-9, HOLY BIBLE, KJV)(In St. John 12:3-7, the Scripture says
this was Mary.)

11) This woman washed our
Savior's feet.--
37-38: "And, behold, a woman in the city, which was a sinner,
when she knew that Jesus sat at meat in the Pharisee's house,
brought an alabaster box of ointment, and stood at His feet behind
him weeping, and began to wash His feet with tears, and did wipe
them with the hairs of her head, and kissed His feet, and anointed
them with the ointment." (St. Luke 7:37-38, HOLY BIBLE, KJV)

12) These women monetarily
supported Yahshua and His apostles, thus helping spread the
gospel.--
1-3: "Soon afterwards, He [Yahshua] began going around from one
city and village to another, proclaiming and preaching the kingdom
of God. The twelve [apostles] were with Him, and also some women
who had been healed of evil spirits and sicknesses: Mary who was
called Magdalene, from whom seven demons had gone out, and Joanna
the wife of Chuza, Herod's steward, and Susanna, and many others who
were contributing to their support out of their private means." (St.
Luke 8:1-3, HOLY BIBLE, NASB)

13) These women served the
church, helping other Christians in whatever way they could.--
1-2, 6, 12: "I commend unto you Phebe our sister, which is a
servant of the church which is at Cenchrea: that ye receive her in
the Lord, as becometh saints, and that ye assist her in whatsoever
business she hath need of you: for she hath been a succourer
(assistant, patroness) of many, and of myself also. . . . Greet
Mary, who bestowed much labour on us. . . . Salute Tryphena and
Tryphosa, who labour in the Lord. Salute the beloved Persis, which
laboured much in the Lord.'" (Romans 16:1-2, 6, 12, HOLY BIBLE, KJV)

14) This woman and her
husband were co-laborers with Paul, and risked their lives by
helping
him. These helpers of Paul are also referenced in Acts 18 (referred
to in the fourth scripture of #7 on this web page) and in I
Corinthians 16:19.--
3-5: "Greet Priscilla and Aquila my helpers in Christ Jesus:
who have for my life laid down their own necks: unto whom not only I
give thanks, but also all the churches of the Gentiles. Likewise
greet the church that is in their house. . . ." (Romans 16:3-5, HOLY
BIBLE, KJV)

Every true
Christian ministry is to shine Yahshua's light into the hearts of
His foreordained people and to bring glory to YAHVAH.--
"Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy,
we faint not; But have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty,
not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully;
but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every
man's conscience in the sight of God. But if our gospel be hid, it
is hid to them that are lost: In whom the god of this world hath
blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the
glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine
unto them. For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord;
and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake. For God, who
commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our
hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in
the face of Jesus Christ. But we have this treasure in earthen
vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of
us." (II Corinthians 4:1-7, HOLY BIBLE, KJV)
"Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot
be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel,
but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the
house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your
good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven." (Matthew
5:14-16, HOLY BIBLE, KJV)

Whatever Yahweh (through
His indwelling Holy Spirit) instructs you to do, however menial it
may seem to you, be it spiritual or physical ministry, it is
important to Him. He will bless you for your obedience, as He
blessed Timothy.--
"Neglect not the gift that is in thee, . . . Meditate upon these
things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear
to all. Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in
them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that
hear thee."(I Timothy 4:14, 15-16, Holy Bible, KJV)

YHVH rewards all Christians who fulfill their
ministries/"talents".--
"For the kingdom of heaven is as a man travelling into a far
country, who called his own servants, and delivered unto them his
goods. And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, and to
another one; to every man according to his several ability; and
straightway took his journey. Then he that had received the five
talents went and traded with the same, and made them other five
talents. And likewise he that had received two, he also gained
other two. But he that had received one went and digged in the
earth, and hid his lord's money. After a long time the lord of
those servants cometh, and reckoneth with them. And so he that had
received five talents came and brought other five talents, saying,
'Lord, thou deliveredst unto me five talents: behold, I have gained
beside them five talents more.' His lord said unto him, 'Well done,
thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few
things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the
joy of thy lord.' He also that had received two talents came and
said, 'Lord, thou deliveredst unto me two talents: behold, I have
gained two other talents beside them.' His lord said unto him,
'Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over
a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou
into the joy of thy lord.' Then he which had received the one
talent came and said, 'Lord, I knew thee that thou art an hard man,
reaping where thou hast not sown, and gathering where thou hast not
strawed (dispersed [seed]): And I was afraid, and went and hid thy
talent in the earth: lo, there thou hast that is thine.' His lord
answered and said unto him, 'Thou wicked and slothful servant, thou
knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not
strawed: Thou oughtest therefore to have put my money to the
exchangers (money brokers or bankers), and then at my coming I
should have received mine own with usury (interest). Take therefore
the talent from him, and give it unto him which hath ten talents.'
For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have
abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that
which he hath. And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer
darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. When the
Son of man shall come in His glory, and all the holy angels with
Him, then shall He sit upon the throne of His glory: And before Him
shall be gathered all nations: and He shall separate them one from
another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats: And He
shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.
Then shall the King say unto them on His right hand, 'Come, ye
blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the
foundation of the world: For I was an hungred, and ye gave Me meat:
I was thirsty, and ye gave Me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took
Me in: Naked, and ye clothed Me: I was sick, and ye visited Me: I
was in prison, and ye came unto Me.' Then shall the righteous
answer Him, saying, 'Lord, when saw we Thee an hungred, and fed
Thee? or thirsty, and gave Thee drink? When saw we Thee a stranger,
and took Thee in? or naked, and clothed Thee? Or when saw we Thee
sick, or in prison, and came unto Thee?' And the King shall answer
and say unto them, 'Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done
it unto one of the least of these My brethren, ye have done it unto
Me.' Then shall He say also unto them on the left hand, 'Depart
from Me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil
and his angels: For I was an hungred, and ye gave Me no meat: I was
thirsty, and ye gave Me no drink: I was a stranger, and ye took Me
not in: naked, and ye clothed Me not: sick, and in prison, and ye
visited Me not.' Then shall they also answer Him, saying, 'Lord,
when saw we Thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or
sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto Thee?' Then shall He
answer them, saying, 'Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it
not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to Me.' And these
shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into
life eternal." (Matthew 25:14-46, Holy Bible, KJV)
